Not satisfied with your item? We are sorry to hear that! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt if the item(s) meet the following conditions:

- The item(s) are unworn;

- Labels are attached to the product;

- The item(s) are in their original packaging.

If an item does not meet these requirements, up to 100% depreciation may be deducted from your return payment.

The return costs are at your ownexpense.

You can pack your order in its original packaging. Don't forget to fill out the return form and include it with your order*. You can take the package to the nearest post office and send it to the address below. The costs are for your own account.

In January 2023, Your Impression The Label continued under a new name: Bella Sola. On our collections produced in 2022 you will still find a label with the branding of our old name. Because we are against waste and for sustainability, we decided not to replace these hangtags and labels. This means that your ordered item still has a Your Impression The Label label but you are a Bella Sola babe now!
